Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

Generated images are owned by the subscriber. Archetype AI retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and underlying technology.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Archetype AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
